The Bubbling Stream

The cosmos of a bubbling stream
Pulls me close an infinite dream
A slipstreams wit on chaos wings
Into the very heart of things

I fly the currents of unclear
In the midst of fog but near
I feel and hear but cannot see
This cosmos stream that carries me

The filigree is blurred to sight
Even though it glows quite bright
And phantoms vent in myriad ways
Each path is different every day

I spin within a chaos grip
That sheds more skin on every trip
That wears me down by hone and groan
And takes my friends so I’m alone

It is my mythos of the stream
And I the pathos of the dream

Life's unknowns exist in current's bend,
I felt some fear in the message you send.
The irony of life's pathetic trip,
Is that only one will have a grip.

Perfectly done as usual Seymour, a darkly delicious read for me anyway.

Sorry Sy, yes I did get your cute jokes,  but I am usually on the fly between this house and the new house, so not too much time on the computer these days.  I move Saturday morning, (hopefully not in the rain!)  Will write when I get settled okay?

Greetings, Sir Sonneteer!

YOU fly the currents of unclear
In the midst of fog but near
YOU feel and hear AND You Can See
The cosmos stream of poetry.

Love & Angel Light,
EA
