Trash Talk By Larry Chadwick Just like her dad she didn’t like cabbage, She was smart enough to know it belonged in the “grabage”. Her big brother loved to empty the trash can, At five his goal was to grow up a trash man. There is no point except my promise to keep, Thought I should do it before I’m off to sleep. I know it is junk and will win me no cash, Just like I said I’m gonna write trash. September 6, 2005 If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |
