Like seeds in the wind,
these thoughts are
s c a t t e r e d  to and fro

  here, there
     and     everywhere

not to be collected
but to fall  there
       disconnected;

seedlings
detached in their stillness
resting in silent hold
they lie,
dormant

to await the
coming spring
when all things re-new
again.

A planted seed
of thought    in wait
that it might someday
come to bud

and bloom;
not into      negativity
but to grow in  light
     more positively.

I set these thoughts
to  d r i f  t,  so tenderly
that they may return
and bring re-birth to me.

I really want to care,
I want to feel something,
let me dig a little deeper
nah, still nothing~
my give a DAMN is busted. Jodee

Lovely this..very gently spoken.
Lovely you...sending hugs.

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul

Spring is in this poem
with the smell of rain,
and of all good things
to come.

I knew I was going to love this, but I didn't know to what extent!  I enjoy your comparison of seed to thought. to the library!
