sometimes you just unravel me
and I love the feel
of my threads
loose ended
and your hands

pretending
as the wind
to toy with them

not on purpose tugging
but just pretending to
to get my attention
and make me want more
than just your fingers

and what they can capture
your lips perhaps
and the sharpened edge

of your part way smile

she often felt
the frayed fabric
of his heart

tickling her chin
making her mouth
reach for the wisps
of cotton-candy love

only to have them
dissolve
in sticky strands
that left her

licking her lips
long into the night.

Very nice,  DS~
Sad though, when a warm smile unravels, and parts ways.
