Bitter winds chill the autumn air, As All Hallow's Eve draws near. When creatures rise from shadowy graves, ~ Catacombs, crypts and biers. A time when hapless victims Seek refuge in the light of day, Fearing the evil incarnates In their constant search for prey. The days are growing shorter As the unhallowed night draws nigh. Ghosts and goblins will be roaming about, While phantoms streak night sky. Zombies, gouls and ne'er-do-wells Will lurk in shadows dark, Sucking the life of those who dare To walk alone in park. Bitter winds chills the autumn air As All Hallow's Eve draws near, When creatures rise from shadowy graves, ~ Catacombs, crypts and biers. p s ~ Ooooo! Indeed I am in the Halloweeny mood! My daughter is decorating our house to beyond belief! ~ Literally! She spent a small fortune! There will be life-size, heavy-duty skeletons and pythons, spider webs hanging from everywhere. Spooky music will be piped through the sound system throughout the house. There are prizes for best costumes. Every room in the house has its own halloween theme! It will be like stepping into another world ~ a netherworld! lol She is also putting on a feast to rival Elvira's! Attention is being paid to every detail. She is even putting up friends for the night who live several miles away so that they don't have to drive after having a witch's brew or two! Happy Halloween hugs, Linda  |

bernie ~ You don't know scary until you have been to our house around Halloween. The rest of the time it is like being in the angelic realm with my fountains, twinkling little lights, candles, crystals, essential oils ~ and the house smelling of either lilacs, roses or jasmine! This time of year my daughter gets to decorate the place up the way she wants to! lol   BOO! EA |

Gentle Spirited One ~ Trust me, my house will be full of unknown entities come Halloween! My daughter's party is sure to draw them in! ~ The invited and seen ~ and the univited and invisible! Brrrrr! I can feel my temperature falling already! I do take great comfort in knowing that she has wonderful friends and that it will be their temporary alter egos that will be showing up Devil's night!
