Commercials are a part of life,
They're on more than the show,
"Pepsi-The Series" is coming
In the fall line-up I'm told.

They'll still have commercials,
I'd guess they'll have a few,
Viagra in their sodas
Call it Mount and Do

Low Carb-No Carb mysteries,
With Atkins approved diet
From blimp to shrimp realities,
That will make you want to buy it.

Y'know, that line "and now a word..." is rarely used anymore...

they just go directly to overly loud, much too long, obnoxiously directed bits of garbage.

You are good...really good at this humorous
and slightly sarcastic piece of reality...

Thanx Toe...

This just reminded me of some "cheese" I bought--that "cheese" substitute stuff.

I tried to melt this square of thing on toast. One round of toasting...nope.

It looked pretty much the same.

I tried it again. It was warm and the toast edges brown.

Three? I had burnt toast and this stuff was still plastic.

And I'm supposed to eat this shtuff because cheese will clog my arteries???

I think it oughtta be re-packaged as tire plugs.

Well, anyway, see how you get me thinking?

Trouble is... sometimes the commercials are better than the TV program... which isn't saying much! *S*

I enjoyed this very much... thanks for the smiles! *S*

Thank you all for the very kind words...I used to try to create a smile a day here on the blue pages...but seem to get into trouble and also my mind is not what it used to be, and since Longjohn and Balladeer have quit posting, there just isn't alot of subjects I can really come up with...those two were so much fun to harass....but, again...thanks to all for being so kind...luvtoe
