Saturday's for Valentines
From the bottom of your heart,
Show your love how much ya care,
And head out to your K-mart.

Let her pick out the "special" card,
One that she'll adore,
Read it there, then put it back,
You'll save two bucks or more.

Then wait there patiently,
For a sale to start,
Perhaps a "blue light" special,
On chocolate covered hearts.

Then take her out to supper,
(A dinner just for two),
Perhaps Big Mac or Krystals,
It's really up to you.

Then cruise thru a graveyard,
(Flowers are always nice),
Grab a bottle of Mad Dog,
(It's quite tasty over ice)

Tell her how much ya love her,
On this Valentine's day,
Your check account will flourish,
(But don't bet on any "leg"..)

Yeah, the only leg you'll be getting,
will be in a bucket of KFC...

Toerag, this was hilarious!

Thanks for the crack up!

Yanno, Toe... I can't understand why so many K-marts have closed... when you keep sending them business? LOL Of course... those guys who take your advice probably get the business end of a broom when they get home, learn their lesson and shop elsewhere... once they can walk again? *G*

ROFL... enjoyed the read! *S*

Look! Ain't that Toerag special?
Most any gal would pardon
Even the cheapest V-Day gift
From Toerag with his heart on.

(giggles in delight) Or you can walk out on an outside mall in front of someone playing the harpsichord and get free concert entertainment there for serenade! (smiles) Just another suggestion for the free Valentines date, yay, God Bless You, this is so cute, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Toerag, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

You are a nutcase, Toerag.  Capital N, nutcase.  But so fun to read!

I hope your valentine treats you to the same kind of special day!

I loved your very romantic poem, but got confused by all those who found it funny?  Am I missing something here?  I do have one bit of criticism, though...you can go to the Dollar Store and read cheaper cards...you'll save even more!  duh.....
