~*~ I remember backing up into a tight spot crossing over a two way street the asphalt steaming beneath my feet like a magnet I was drawn to you. I remember your eyes closing in all around me you were a cool hand trembling in mine your smile was easy on the edge sticking to the vinyl all lady like like a lover. Sliding past the point never wanting to return I remember those times I cried and said good bye and let you go taking it back because in my heart I knew you were my only love affair that keeps me wanting completing my desire. I've laid my heart down beside you and let it be so you see it will be this way for me like the first time always~ ~*~ |
