Blowing Bubbles

I blow bubbles in the night
Making air streams of delight
Walking rainbows road of dreams
To the end where treasure gleams

I’ve done this all my life in wile
Half reality and half in guile
Of course you know what I prefer
And most would say they would concur

I do not fear reality
Nor do I fear duality
I only try to make the best
As a nestling in the nest

For I am full dependent on
This gift of life until it’s gone
And though I know there is a goal
I also know there is a soul

For every road there is a bend
And each beginning has an end.
