If I only knew what to say,
or maybe do,
Just to make things right again.
Everything seems to come out wrong.
Seems anything I do,
Just isn’t enough, or isn’t right.
Tired of explaining.
Most of all tired of trying.
Walking along the street,
People starring back at me.
Just another blackened soul,
Among the many others.
Look me in the eyes,
tell me what you see starring back at you.
Nothing...
Nothing is what you see,
Because I’m not me.

oh dont be so hard on yourself. alot of times i dont feel like my genuine self either..to this day, i have trouble looking into people's eyes, because of the same thing you speak of in your poems
