Nothing and Nowhere

Look at the girl
with the lily white skin
and cheeks the colour of soft
summer blossoms.
Seemingly the image of sweet,
gentle to the touch.
Her smile spreads wide, but
the cynics do notice
the lack of twinkle in her eye.
Flowing white skirts, a heart of gold.
She is a girl
Unloved.

But who would've thought it?

Look at the girl
With the sallow skin
her cheeks always too ashen.
Her back rigid,
A smile would crack her
porcelain body.
Blank and passive, she stands
surly in the family photograph,
with Mother and Father
smiling proudly.
She is a girl
So Loved.

But who would've thought it?

"I cannot stand the way you tease, I love you though you hurt me so"-Marilyn Manson

a friend of mine has taught me to believe that outside this shell of a body, my soul is without gender... now i truly understand this concept, as the girl in this fantastic write is actually me.
i'll be reciting this one for eternity. and it was so damn well written!
YES!!!!!!!!!! I'd bow to you, vamp~but my fallow bones would break after this one.

i'll always need a friend, one i can defend.

This is your best one ever!
Hands down.
Or maybe all hands raised in praise.

Immaculate in all regards.

Cool, cool poem. Sad, irony ya know?

Hollow.

And no! I can't tell you who they are.

I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad. The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had. - Gary Jules, Mad World.
