(This is a duet we wrote together! Sue, thank you so much for writing with me, you write with all dear heart as you are a special friend to everyone! )

Slipping On A Cupid's Shoelace
By: Suetang and Mistletoe Angel
9/27/03

Dear sweet sunshine of mine
Let me tell you how shiny you are
With you, it feels like floating on cloud nine
As we look out together, sharing this same shooting star

My heart has never known
A love so warm and true
I found out love’s true meaning
On the day that I met you

I knew all along it was love at first sight
Slipping on a cupid's shoelace
Seeing your pair of sparkling eyes
Feeling the innocent ivory of your face

You’ve filled an empty void
My heart now overflows with love
We were meant to be together
For we fit like hand in glove

Unworthy it is for me to say exactly
How much my love for you is real
So instead I will hold your hand lovingly
And everyday feel how you want to feel

I look at you and I’m in heaven
And now my heart beats for two
From deep within my soul
I’m sending all my love to you

When once everything seemed impossible
Your love showed me a whole new Eden
You make me feel graceful and special
You will always be my seventh heaven

Your love shines like a diamond
You are the jewel in my crown
How very blessed am I
To have your love around

I don't need no proof when it comes to God and truth
I can see the sun set and I perceive

***Live***

Sue and Noah, you both slipped such beautiful images in between the layers of your heartfelt words!

What loving sensations you’ve captured!

Wonderfully Written!

Sue:  Thanks for sending me this link.  I'm sorry it's taken so long to reply, but with the site problems, I haven't been able to until now.  This is lovely and both you and Noah have done a great job.  Very romantic and touching.
