the dooryard open up
        yawnin black
             moanin
I play my silver
     whiskeywet
lazylike
         my daddy told me

used to play it hard
    when I was fine n' young
spittin in that can
    turnin the flash on

Ahhhheeeeeeeeee
      Boy!
count them teeth with m'tongue
not so fine now, huh Boy?

now days
         the silver sing for me
spittin the blue

yeah
I see you walkin on Ole Jack
        a fine mornin to ya Sir
you come round again
                     tomorrow
maybe you get lucky then
for today?
              is another one for me
