I wrote this poem because it happened around 8:45 tonight. I went out today, I called home and said I'll be home soon, I left at 11:30, came home at 8:30. My parents say I disrespected them, I don't believe i did, but they say it's because i never called. I see where they're coming from, I truely forgot to call, they say our family's falling apart, after all these years together, and they don't see the truth. They found something out about me, After that, Our family started falling apart, Everything they do now makes it worse, and they don't see when they found out I'm gay, that it's all falling apart. Maybe they see it, But don't want to believe it. Or maybe they don't want to admit it. They think my head is still at a child age, but they don't know what i'm thinking, and they think that i think i don't like them. The truth is, I love them. They asked me if I wanted to leave the family, they told me not to answer, they were afraid of the truth. It's not that I want to leave them, They really hurt me, but I love them, I won't ever leave them. They told me that I hurt them worse then ever, I don't believe that's true, I told them I was sorry, But they just left the room. |

Toby~ I am so sorry for what you are going through. Give them time, they have to change the way they think and the future they hoped for you. In time they will realize you are the same person they have always loved. Susan |

They told me that I hurt them worse then ever, I don't believe that's true, I told them I was sorry, But they just left the room. somethings take time,,, |
