Loneliness, a grand canyon
flying open spaces
vast blue sky
winds along the horizon
updrafts gliding wings
release of adrenaline
finding yourself
in the heavens,
the greatest universe.

I like the way you did this. Terse, only the needed words and none of the fat. It leant movement and energy to the poem.
