Making your heart whole

entertaining the masks of you,
a Pygmalion man tasting
delicious nectar, sipping from
the white wine of the night

desire your brandy

A Pygmalion man is my own metaphor for the King of Cyprus who made a female figure out of ivory that is brought to life for him by Aphrodite. This is a man whose desire is great for the woman of his fantasy.

This is definitely worthy of thought, and I must say that I enjoy your style, my friend. What I see is in the last line...some people desire brandy, yet to some people, desire is brandy....to be sipped slowly, and made to last.  ~S~
