Downhearted I Surrendered Writing down many reasons I attempt motivating my pen Frustrations I began pouring Of the why, where and when It had been my one mistake I was thinking way too much Placed myself in a situation When afraid of losing touch It was plaguing me in doubt Being the writer's nightmare If a mind stressed too much It only created more despair Written emotions paralysed Feeling numb by the shock Confusion was confounded Into anxiety of writer's block With a mind procrastinating Nothing flowed into my pen Downhearted I surrendered Was this time to write Amen Hope©2003 |

Thank you Lee , I was going through a low time and began chipping away at the old Writer's block and during a boring mundane day came up with this Hope |

Always enjoy reading you Hope. Its always those days isn't it. The emotions come to a boiling point, where in a sense you give up, and accept it. The boring day you had was worth something though, you gave us this.  |

thanks Gem , yes its not everyday that I can be writing romantically , I have to stop and look at life realistically LOL |
