What

What height must I breach and beach
To bring the sky within my reach
What nest of wear must I prepare?
To feel and sense those hues of flair

What mental wings will lift me up?
To sip a sip of heavens cup
What mountain must I climb to find
That butterfly surcease of mind

I’ve traveled real and fantasy
To come upon its ecstasy
Sailed argosy through storm and spew
To touch the crystal of this dew

But always, always as I reach
It disappears upon the breach
And I am left in lonely snare
Exhausted by the try and dare.

Yet still I drink this wishing well
And pull the chord and ring the bell.

You are kind, thank you for the read and reply

JM,
Thanks for the lecture, hope you had a nice holiday. Three days ago I had trouble with my computer, called the company and they said they couldn't fix it. They told me to put the two cd's in that came with the set and it would start me off like when I bought the set. Well I leaped without thinking dd what they said and lost everything in my computer, clever me. Well the last three days I've been putting things back and am almost there, except my mail is still not working. Don't know when I can get that going, but doing my best.

Sunshine,
Thank you sweet,

Oh, Sy.... the first stanza, my favorite..though of course the entire poem wonderful..

but, the first one I could read over and over...for some reason, really touches me..

Enjoyed, Hugs, Pat

(sigh) I think it doesn't matter what wings you need, it is how you must use them and what advice can inspire such a usage of them! (big hugggssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
