Sitting Is What I Do Best

Sitting, is what I do best.
Breathing, just seems to come so naturally, then.
I bat my eyes and stretch my jaws,
crack my knuckles , rock left and right -
buns in motion, that's what keeps’em tight.
Sitting, is what I do best,
try it, you'll see, you'll multitask with the best,
rocking and rolling, cracking and streching,
while writing great poetry,
and oh, did I mention...
it's all done so breathlessly.

Yep . . . sitting is what I do best.

(smiles) Nope, that ain't my style but it does work! (big hugggsssssss) For me, I have to stand and dance, get the dance going in me and let the poetry dance along, grace inspires colors and music, this is wonderful, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet James, thank you for sharing!
