Lumps of Clay I

Ubertechie of the Tron generation,
Bow before your prophet - Mitnick is free!
These strips of alumminum, mollybdinum, copper -
Your avenues, boulevards, and highways,
All leading to and fro about a world
that is Flat.

There are many Jobs to be found if sought,
and the Gates have been thrown down,
the maidens leap through Windows
to Arctic surfaces only to dance with
Tuxedoed birds who wantonly sip Java Beans
while waiting for the Sun to rise.

at the Oracle at Delphi the Bacchae have
gained power; Orgies of flesh and electronics
ensue - the prophet Asimov looks on and laughs.
