Special Friendship  Gifts

I have felt so special
For such  a long time
Over many obstacles
You helped me climb

It was six years ago
Though distant apart
Special person gifts
Reached to my heart

The friendship bond
With a loving touch
As years pass on by
We shared so much

In writing endlessly
Each singing praise
Wording tenderness
Heart to heart ways

Poetry pages speak
The  emails explain
Two hearts beating
Support and sustain

Since that first day
We attuned as one
Hearts across miles
Australia to Oregon
