There is light in dark place
an eye to the storm
this is the endless winter
in which i was born

i travel as winds take me
i fly on pheonix wings
while the burning inside
consumes and rebuilds

When the dark is around me
at home in the black
lost in the other place
i don't have to come back

I'm happy in my dark place
I'm happy on my own
but if i ever get lonely
I'll return, here, to my home

Take a good look at my face
Well, don't my smile look out of place
look a little closer its easy to trace
The tracks of my tears

passing shadows

Thats the beauty of this place...we always keep a light on here for anyone to find their way back when needed.

Walter, you're now a senior member! I was thrilled when I went from junior to senior.
Sort of a rite of passage!

Hmm! I just read what I wrote! --but I'm not in any hurry to be a senior age wise! hehe
I'll get there soon enough and with grace I pray.
