Edge of a Dream

Will you please walk me through your dreams
Along the mind’s sweet flowing streams
Or to the place your visions roam
On mountain crest or ocean foam?

Would you escort one such as I
Into the colors of your eye
That twirl your pleasure in the wind
In freedom’s twister left to spin?

May I please delve into the deep
Of fragile thoughts before you sleep
Revolving prisms as they shift,
Within the breath of slumber's drift

May I please come into your heart
To share with you the splendid part
Of dreamer’s eye that ever yearns
A crystal's spectrum as it turns

For I have places yet to see
That rest in your tranquility
And I would sail a dreamer’s sea
With you, if it were meant to be

Ah Liz ... this flows as sweetly as a lullabye. Beautiful sentiments and phrasing to drift one into the visions you have portrayed. Just lovely.

Best wishes and hugs,
/Kit
