Depression has set in The blackness of rain is all around My feelings are ones of sadness These feelings I have just found I can not hold back the hurt The pain The sadness Anymore in my life My life keeps getting messed up Nothing I can do Unless I take my own life But I could never do that So I must endure this depression I feel And supress my feelings To keep my friends and family happy No matter how hard it is Cold hands means a warm heart |

No, you must absolutely never get that low. On a kinder note, do avail yourself of our guidelines, for depression is hard to fight, and sometimes we do reach for words that make others think "well, this is it, the end of the line..." and of course, we don't want to worry our readers... I do enjoy your "up" poems. |

 (tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Julie, I am so sorry to see you are depressed, when I was a little boy, I used to be depressed every single day and felt I would be the whole rest of my life, until I turned to God and now I have become much more stronger though I still feel depressed sometimes! (sad sigh) My thoughts are with you, sweet friend, know you are loved by many, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Julie, thank you for sharing!
