Stay Until

Stay until the stars begin to fade
Until the sky is flushed in morning’s shade
Lie with me in love and heart’s delight
Until my eyes reflect the dawning’s light
Rest your soul beside mine while night stays
Love me with tenderness now and always
Take me to the place that love abides
Where trust and hope live on side by side

Stay until the night has passed us by
While our souls unite in heart’s loving sigh
Float with me on wings of yearning’s bliss
Into the burning heart of lovers kiss
Let flames of love stroke your heated skin
As the warmth of love enfolds you within
Ride with me the breeze of lover’s sigh
Where we can paint the sky as we fly high

Stay until the sun begins to rise
Until the stars have sighed in sweet surprise
Let the air breathe in love’s desire
Feel the flames ignite your soul in fire
Stay until the night has left the sky
Until you taste the heat within my sigh
Stay with me until the break of day
Stay until the night fades softly away

Marsha

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire
Oh

Hello Marsha

Your words are always blooming with love and longing and this was magnificent.  I always like reading your reflections on love.

Take care.....Sue

the night has no terror
when a shared soul
stays
the
evening
and doesn't open their suitcase
until morning

creamy dreamy words of delight, Maaaaasha
with a sweet loving personal touch by you. . .
always embrace peace
and love well, my friend
