Gazing at the stars...

we exchange hearts, give
our souls wings.Star-crossed
lovers we.So dependent upon
the flutter of a heartbeat,
on the mysterious waves
of Moon delight
that laps at our senses.

Two stargazers caught together
in the spell of twinkling
stars, dancing moonbeams.
The stars whispering
a lover's secret.Not revealed
to other hearts, other souls.

Yet, this lover's secret...

a flame reaching
beyond the night sky,
touching the Eternal,

~~~~the Divine.
