Love Touches Softly

Love touches softly the edge of delight
Love comes in silence like stars of the night
Love shines a rainbow on all that is true
Love changes every perspective and view

Love comes to dwell in your heart’s richest dream
Love wakes in dawning’s first lavendar beam
Sometimes love’s lost but it never departs
For it etches its signature deep in your heart

Elizabeth Santos
