What do YOU do when you feel bad? Do you cry it out? Do you scream and shout? Or do you hide in a corner and put on a pout? What do YOU do when you feel bad? When everything around you makes you sad? What do you do that makes you glad? I look at the busy birds, smell fragrant flowers, marvel at majestic trees. I listen to the rain hit the grasses, and watch spiders weave their webs. And I think about Scooby Doo, and Wile Coyote and Roadrunner too. And I think about merry-go-rounds and milk with Oreos, too. What do YOU do when you feel really sad? What makes you get over the feeling of bad? |

  (giggles in delight) Oh my gosh, I too love to watch Scooby-Doo when I'm feeling blue, just the thought of Shaggy and Scooby having wild adventures together, as I love listening to Shakira or the Goo-Goo Dolls or Smash Mouth to cheer me up! (kiss on cheek) This is a wonderful medicine to find things that make you happy to cheer you up, sweet friend, we all love you so much! I listen to happy music and I have to admit, for me and the cartoons, no one beats the Looney Tunes...Daffy, Bugs, Elmer Fudd, all of them make me laugh and well Scooby Doo is pretty good too I just saw one today with Johnny Bravo and the Scooby Doo gang, now that was funny  LOLenjoyed this |

Since my children are grown and my husband is gone most of the time..i dont have anyone to take it out on like duncan..ha..so i stay in bed until i get good and ready to get up for the day..ha..if i feel like crying i cry..enjoyed kacy..hugs ~Victoria |

As my son says Boogy Doo is great.We watch it everyday.I listen to music or sing or write. It seems to flow my frustations out of me. peaches |

Two things Kacy...music and writing help me! Writing it out really helps with music on in the background....or sometimes loud old time rock and roll...and dance it out! Or...double choc.chip ice cream...gardening...oh my, that's more than two things...lol...got carried away...or a ride on a carousel...or get Larry to push you on a swing...or pull you in his wagon..oh sorry, that was just in his poem...going now.... ~Hugs~..they help too! ~Somewhere in my heart I'm always |
