Born from seed not far
I stand in cold and heat
Let me fall put away your needs
I share this earth with you indeed

In my old age I want to rest
Amongst the fallen leaves I produced
Empty of the oxigen you used to survive
Walk away from me if you have bad intent

I stand in the same place I was born
You move around lost and forlorn
I welcome the insects, birds, mammals
Fierce winds, storms I survived until calm

You have your reasons to live on this planet
It is not yours alone you need to learn to protect
There is a cycle you and I need to circle
And when the time is up for us to dwindle

Let it be by nature's call, not your call
I respect your beauty, appreciate my role
For this earth was made for you and I
Let me fall with the undergrowth as I weaken

Put away your saws and pollutants
And breathe my night's work for fresh air
Allow me to reproduce the seeds for new growth
For otherwise your children may never know
The beauty of my place in the wilderness of tomorrow

Respond to my call and let the waves of my heart fill your life with the wonders of love
(Daniel J D)

(tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Daniel, this is so so sad and heartbreaking, what can we ever tell our children if we don't start saving our forests now? (big hugggsssss) Oh Daniel, I too join you in your prayers that we can save the environment, this is so heartwrenching and I am a tree-hugger and hate to see our oxygen and life dwindle! (sigh) And I hope that everyone else in the world are the true lovers of the world and will too! We all love you so much, sweet friend, God Bless You! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Daniel, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
