The Mind Debates

Sent into confusion
The mind in a spin
Disorder and chaos
Somedays I can’t win

It happens too often
Make no mistake
Causing such turmoil
Sometimes heartbreak

Unfounded suspicion
Fear and paranoid
Falling into the traps
Some I should avoid

Those baffling twists
Games without clues
Amongst grey matter
Some confusing issues

To remain on a level
In tracking the mind
The centre of being
Some balance I find

Boy, oh boy! I could relate to this well! My mind is always going nonstop...sigh... This was great, a very observant and insightful read! Well done!

yes I find I have an over active mind ,
thats why when activated
so many thoughts are often debated

(sigh) Sooooooo wonderfully-said, sweet friend, sometimes we all have these states of confusion and we don't know where we're going, but I know deep down as we let our conscience be our guides, we will find joy and love through all the questions and keep balance! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is fabulous! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Hope, thank you for sharing!
