Weathered

Ghostwriter,
these words
cannot be yours,
they must be a stranger’s,
trapped in sorrow’s
flurry.

I know, darling,
serenity is not easy,
when days are gelid,
and real rest, beyond reach
with only winds, walls
(and phantoms)
for company.

Cannot say
I haven’t thought of us,
still do –
when judgment
is clouded,
and memory is flawed,
then
I fall
like rain.

I havent been here for a while, and this is what I have missed, wonderful, I can say no more.

I do love reading your work, it speaks to me. Of course I believe sitcoms are talking directly to me too.
So are you looking for a ghost writer?

Ahh, dear Cor. So many truths in these words you pen in bittersweet thought. Words we have all had tumble in our minds of before..if only I could change this, of what was before. But we learned, and we survive, with more strength than of before..Very nice write..hugs, my good friend, with a very gentle smile

Corrine - I also can relate, especially to these words; 'I fall like rain'. Sometimes gentle, at times hard, but the rain will fall...

(big hugggssssssss) Such rain fills your golden heart, sweet friend! (big hugggssssss) Sometimes our serenity and judgement cloud up, and a rainbow will come out, and over the rainbow you can weather the rain below with the spirit of your love! (sigh) My heart goes out to you, sweet friend! (kiss on cheek) You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Corrine, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
