In the dreariest day
there is a bright spot
just a moment
a single ray of sun
to focus on
if you choose
to rest in the warmth.
I’ll be yours
you’ll be mine
and neither of us
will even have to say thanks.
What are friends for
if not this?

May not have to say thanks, but you know how much this means to me right now, so thanks. You've started a dreary day off with a smile.

Friendship, definately does bring sunlight into a person's life, I know I could'nt get through these days without the kind of good-hearted friends I have.  Great poem Duncan!

What a great post!  I surely don't know how I would get through my life w/out my daily bright spot...
