Seduction Kisses

when morning light
had just about broken
and the kisses
of your words
would enter the dawning,
my heart would light up
in *softsmiles*...

and thought kisses
I would send in return.
Never knowing
if they were received,
as they were meant to be.
Now...
I watch as others
repeat the words
I first expressed
upon reading you
each morning,
and I smile again.
Remembering...

Wondering...
What has happened to
that specialness
between us?
Is it hidden deep
in the shadows of darkness,
awaiting temptation's exposure
or have the images aged
and become edge-frayed,
worn from neglect,
crumpled from despair,
rendering them useless?

Silence is heard loudly,
kiss words are nil,
filling my heart
with the seduction of emptiness...
once more.

Tis true of what happens to our words.  They
like dormant,  become forgotten.  Do you
think they too are lonely.  Looking for a
returned word.  Nice. I liked this read.

Seduction of emptiness,
A voiding,
So liken to the darkness.

your words are always special
Enjoyed reading familiar words
In an unfamiliar place I am.

Many questions within this poem yearning for the right answers. Very emotion filled. You write straight from the heart and touch all those who read your words. Very well done. I hope you get the answers you desire.

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.
