Those who don't underastand
such a sweet taste
have not yet felt the flavour,
hidden under the heart.

^*~*^

Weak knees
tummy full of bees,
the wonderful taste of love
would have laughed and teased.

^*~*^

The feeling beyond redemption,
the need and not just wanting
to look it in the eye and indulge on its feed
can be described as virtually nothing.

^*~*^

Only then did its beauty,
call upon my heart,
lock it in a million roses
and never let it part.

Dedicated to Matt, without him my thoughts on love were naive and untrue!  Now I know the true feeling!

*Sigh* These feelings are ALL too familiar!  Best feeling in the world, Love.  Miss it like hell, too!  Nice work, Kim.  I really enjoyed this.  This is a very good, emotion-filled piece.  The bees part's cute

This was a beautiful poem.  Love is a powerful emotion.  But it causes so much pain.  Unless you've found your soul mate, which I hope you have.

I really liked this one. Such a display of beautiful poetry. I really liked this one.
