If I could bring one person back
That would my dad
He wouldn’t be sick he’d be healthy

I’d enjoy everything
He could come ever where with us
And see me graduate

He taught me a lot when he was alive
Like not taking life for granted because that’s not right
Trying my best at walking

Sometimes I hear him in my room talking to me
I just smile because I know he’s watching me
Some people tell me he wanted me to go to church

Some people tell me he wanted me to try everything
If I failed I could always try again
He told me never to give up in life

When life got too hard just thinks of him
I will never forget him
He’s holds a key to my heart

When I’m upset I write a letter to him
But some how I think he knows my feelings

He told me the only person who can ruin my life is me
So I’m trying to climb that wall
Show off to people who don’t believe in me that I’ll do well in life

I love ya daddy!

Some people come into our lives and go quickly. Some people stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts. We are never ever the same.

That's a very nice poem. I think your dad would love it. It's very sweet.

i miss him so much but i guess he needed to go because there was not a cure to be found. he was my best friend in the world, he'd inspire me, i'd inspire him. i think his soul is still inside of me some-where..not sure where he is but i love him. min

Very sad...but so sweet. He left you with some wonderful and useful words of wisdom. Nice job.

You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did.

Oh wow, Minna.  This is a very sad poem.  Another one that you seemed to have poured yourself into while writing.  Nicely done.. The emotions are very strong, and almost brought tears to my eyes.  This is a beautiful tribute.  Nice work.
