~For my Tifferoke~ Inspired by Tiff and reposted from Teens 4~

I have seen faded eyes
I have touched the lifeless hand
of a precious passing loved one
and it was hard to understand
But the only thought that cheered me
and helped to see me through

In that land where all things are new
Where the withered flower blooms again

Anyway, Moe, I thought you did a really nice job on this. On some poems, critiques just shouldn't even be brought up. I find this to be one of them. Dedication poems, in my opinion- are meant to praise, honor, or in this case, help and strengthen...NOT to be written perfectly. (Then again I'm a bit odd and have my own lil twists and spins and views on things.

) Though, if I WERE looking for critiques, I'd have a hard time. I thought this was wonderfully done. The second poem I've read that was meant to help out Tiff. And not only Tiff- There will be alot of people who find comfort in this one. Myself included. Nice job. It was very thoughtful of you.

You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did.

Jess is right... many people will find comfort in this one. This is a very nice write. Sweetly written, and beautifully read. Nicely done. I really enjoyed this one.
