The petals of my heart are in blossom
blooming like a tea rose in mid summer
bursting with fireworks of bouquet
the kaleidoscope breeze is fragrant
with sweet pollinated thoughts of him
my dreams float upon a winding river
upon coral petals of a tea rose
we swirl lovingly in sapphire currents
blushing upon the banks of romance
we quench our lips in a waterfall of bliss
the petals of my heart are in blossom
blooming like a tea rose in mid summer
his soft lips are velvety to the touch
his kiss is a tea rose within my heart

Victoria~
This is really pretty ...

'we swirl in sapphire currents
blushing upon the banks of romance'

Very original phrasing ... muchly enjoyed.

Wonderfully written sensual poem, Victoria...it's great to read your work again!
