Evening Star ~*Marge Tindal*~  So brightly burned and in returning lights the night of my yearning Heart of the lodge so clearly missing Evening Star of reminiscing By what measure does this light burn me into memory's flight Gone in just the blink of eye passing on to glorious high She returns at each new twilight sharing glow of moon just right Walks across my evening bliss twinkles me in dusted kiss Found in heavenly constellation Evening Star of celebration Remembered in the heart of one sharing sweet memory with a son Heaven's only one light away when Evening Star comes to play *For my sweet ~Warrior~ in memory of his Granny Of The Lodge ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
