~*~ Sister Of The Circle ~*~

The Moon will soon be full,
On a gentle whisper of mind’s eye,
Once more my journey begins.
The smell in the air heralds,
Its proud announcement
Of changes of the season.
Colors of promise so gently
Wash over my ardent soul.
Promises of spring scent the air.
They float like feathers in the sky,
Bringing kisses of renewal and rebirth.
The ground beneath my feet is softly
Blanketed in petals of hope.
The earth tenderly begins to wrap me
In her silent blanket of care.
I bow my head to her in reverence.
With eyes sprinkled in wonder,
I am humbled in supreme honor
As through the light I witness
The beginning of my blessing.
The night winds start to sway,
Flowing and shifting gently
Dancing to the prism of the sunset.
Soft shadows permeate the mountains,
Gentle, warm and still so new.
Within the uteri darkness
Of an unborn infant,
Inevitably, inexorably,
No shift moving to the light.
I wonder, sense, feel,
With eyes half-closed.
Mind takes flight to a dream,
This magnificent dream,
That speaks to me in whispers.
One moment wrapped in the delicate
Fluttering of filigreed angel wings,
The next held in the firm,
Powerful beating wings of an eagle.
I have a yearning, an ever constant
Aching for the message,
A need to understand the light.
I am left with residual feelings
That like a child playfully,
Haunt and tease me, but
Ultimately compel me forward.
My journey continues.
It is simultaneously beautiful,
Encountering, fervent, disquieting,
Tense, yet so peaceful and serene.
But in it all these many feelings
There is constant tension, agony,
A throbbing that drives me forward,
Softly imploring me to ever search,
As this is the only direction for hope.
For there is the place, the only one,
Where I may find a possible resolution.
There an interval, a moment of peace,
Its great rapture of love only comes
And tantalizes for such a brief second,
As the next cycle soon begins
In the never ending circle…
The circle of life, and death,
Sadness, happiness, light and dark,
Evolving and circling upward,
Towards ever more.
Incandescent and translucent,
Spirals of pure energy and light.
A web of time, a collage of mystery,
Beauty, pure love, and eternal peace.
For a true heart's journey never ends.

Oh, Mysteria...how your velvet words of beauty embrace my heart like the winds that have traveled across the ocean's face in search of tranquility and serenity upon the shores of beauty.  As your magical creations always do...this simply took my breath away and left me spellbound.
Standing ovations to you, my sweet friend.
Happy weekend, and many blessings and smiles sent your way!
Luv, Martha

I do believe this is the very first time tears came to my eyes reading comments:

Marge ~*~ That was why I wanted a voice, to put my mind's picture together - so glad I did you justice, or close to it!

Martha ~*~ Well I knew you would like it as you are constantly on your journey and anything you touch feels love. Have a wonderful weekend too.

Melissa ~*~ Just when I think I am never good enough someone like you helps me keep trying, thank you.

Sunshine ~*~ You bet you can join in - the "sisters" know who they are, and never need ask to be invited, they belong there!

This was very beautiful, Sharon. Very mysterious, the haunting melody was marvelous and did lend beauty to your words. Blessings to you, Kate

this is beautiful I'm sure she loved it, not sure what the circle is, so I guess I'm outside of it!

Kate: As always thank you for taking the time to plow through my epic babble.

Irish Rose: Boy...the circle is a pretty hard thing to explain, but let me say this, if you do kindness to another human being every single day, and know that is your purpose to make others smile, or comfort them, then my dear lady, you are indeed within the circle of life, please come on in!

Cheryl: Glad you liked it - I knew you would! Thank you.

Mysteria, I love the music and the picture, both the one on the screen and the one you put in my mind, and the "circle" you float before our eyes.  This is so very powerful and after reading , is hard to put away.
Thank you!  ME

Mother Earth: I can't thank you enough - it is the image in your mind that means the most to me - I am working harder on that aspect of poetry and you dear lady, just made my day!  Thank you.

Mysteria,

This was awesome!!!!  The picture, words, and music work so well together to capture the essence of the circle.  Wonderful writing!!!
