Darkness falls yet again
to test me through my days.
I can't believe I am this strong
as life moves mysterious ways.

Each test is simply given
not so far apart,
but just as I begin
to mend my aching heart.

For how much testing do I need
before I break and fall,
I can't see myself
going on like this much more.

The outside is smiling,
living day by day
While inside is crying
and slowly dwindling away.

Expressions,
are the most important aspects, they create impressions

The tests seem to indeed be strict and harsh at times....

but since you are here, that tells me you have a poet's heart....

and in that heart, all good things live on. You are in my thoughts.

So much sadness... you've written very well of despair. It does seem sometimes that when things are going wrong, they just pile on, making it harder and harder to keep going... But remember, joy is much the same... when you think you're happy enough to burst, your heart expands to hold still more glee... May you find yourself soon overwhelmed with joy in a life empty of pain.
