 It doesn’t matter what I do, or even what I say… you’re going to turn around and then I’ll watch you fly away… I’ve never had a love like you, a love I want to hold on to, but deep inside I know that you can’t stay… For angels all have wings to fly away… You came into my life just when I felt so all alone… you moved into my heart, and quickly made yourself at home… You held my hand when no one would, I’ve laughed more than I thought I could, you taught me to enjoy each precious day… But still I know you’ll someday fly away… The time I’ve spent with you has brought such joy into my heart… I knew that you were very special, from the very start… But in my life I’ve come to know, that friends may come and love may go, there really isn’t much more I can say… You’ve been my angel through the years, and I shall miss your being here… I love you, but won’t try to make you stay… So, spread your angel wings, and fly away…  Write on! -<--<--{(@ |
