A gentle smile plays around these lips
pen clasped lightly with my fingertips
A sheet of white on this table, lay
As I ponder the thoughts I wish to convey

Your face, an imprint, upon my heart
I imagine, a vision, a work of art
landscapes of beauty, I believe I'd find
with just one peek inside of your mind

There's melodies, rapsodies, within your soul
there's galaxies of love, if truth be told
there's patience, kindness, extroadinary things
there's romance, adventure, & all these can bring

I'd fill the world with the sound of sweet sighs
for one moment of warmth in your burning brown eyes
stars were made there, before heaven bound
to ensure their perfection & they never fall down
They left a sparkle, that never may die
making souls dance, when they look in your eyes
I'm given the priveledge, to write in a song
about the miracle of you, my entire life long

Remember these words that are penned with such love
you, my dear miracle, are what dreams are made of..

Thank you, Victoria, it was written about someone who deserves far more praise then I've given here...

Tiersdin,

What a romantic melody you have written.  So soft and bursting with love.  May you always feel this way.

The love you feel for another permeates right through this poem, it is almost tangible. May you feel it always.

Lone Wolf:  I think I will always feel this way about this particular person! *smiles*  thank you for reading and commenting... {Loved the quote by Keats, btw!}

Wishmaster:  When I read you comment, I had to go back and read the poem to see if this was true.  I write what I feel, but I am never sure if and when someone else reads it, they will see those feelings in my words.  *smiles*  thank you much!

Corrine:   Rarely do you see these two words together to describe a poem! I like that thought!  Thanks for commenting!!

Lucky, lucky person who has the honor of being the subject of this poem!  Beautiful write, Tier!  Love it!

'cause I am hanging on every word you say, and, even if you don't want to speak tonight, that's alright, alright with me...
