I can’t remember
if I put my smoke out
in the can
of coca cola
I’m so sleepy
so thirsty
And clearly
the can reads
Guzzle me
And the truffle
whispers
Eat me
And so um
I woke up
In the land of make believe

Hey Walty

what a great poem, like Serenity said, you capture the moment so very well.

I woke up
In the land of make believe

I especially loved this part.
Well Done!

Very cool, Walt. I like the land of make believe myself.

Walt you have done a great job capturing that moment! So did ya drink the Coke?

Man, I've been in that situation before. Hmmm, did I? or didn't I?

Remember a song when I lived in Japan...went something like this...
Cigarette's and sake
they'll drive you half crazy
they'll drive you insane.
I've had rum and coke
and cognac and coke
but cigarette and coke...
no thanks...James

Hey, Walt - As you recall, I was over at your place the other day stenciling those cute kitties as a border along the top of your wall.  Have you seen a Coke can filled with turpentine?  I set it down right next to a small sponge I was using for stencilling the dark brown kitties.  The sponge?  Yeah, it had enough paint in it to make it look like a chocolate truffle.  Why do you ask?

Great poem, incidently.

A bit different for you Walt, but a good one all the same! You've been missed - hope school is going well for you.
