And as I wait for you,
Ithink of you,
Idream of you,
But when you're done,
You turn and leave me all alone,
no goodbye is said,
You just leave me.

So then I think,
What's the point,
Is it worth another day,
As you drift away from me,
I slowly let go.

And then you turn to me,
you say 'hi' to me,
spontainiously,
I reply with nohting,
Just turn my head,
And walk away.

You say nothing,
I know it's all over,
You don't even care,
You don't fight back,
But when you do what you do to me,
I BITE BACK!!!

DUDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a hard ase poem, the end was great, I think this one is actualy as good as your first and that takes some doing . You really have found a talent that you never knew you had . Have you read cabes knew one called 'Elevator'? If not, read it I thought the metaphor that he used was great .
Keep the writing coming, I love it .
L.of.L. Tom .

just wondering where you came up with your pen name..... it's an interesting one

you've painted a picture of anger mixed with apathy... an interesting concept

LOL  I am SO glad I'm not the only one in here who bites!  Now I feel like I have some company.     Have you had all your shots?  I have.     This is a very "unloading" poem!  Glad you shared it!  And hey, welcome to our little ward.

Wow - were'd the insipration for that come from?  Or do I not want to know?  I'm so glad you've carried on putting stuff up, and I tend to agree with Tom, it is as good as your first one.  I hope to get one of mine up there soon,  I've had a complete mental block for the last couple of months.

The tragedy of it is that nobody sees the look of desperation on my face. Thousands and thousands of us, and we're passing one another without a look of recognition.
