Listening to every heart

0 posted 2000-05-05 02:27 PM

A
slip
of emotion
tenderly drawn
from her
giving
heart

A
place
to there
start
?

A
drop
of tear
to wash
away all fear
and down
to her
heart,
so

a
mind
forgiving
and heart
lives
on

~~~~~
Be thou kind to young maid
she sees naught but fear;
tenderly she grieves
for the one no longer here.
A warrior was he, gone in fury
to deliverance then, a cause to right;
but blinded by red, his love instead
cries his name softly at night.
Be thou kind to young maid
her heart is rent from pain
doubts she that she should live
to ever be loved again.
~~~~~

A
slip
of emotion
tenderly drawn
from her
giving
heart

A
place
to there
start
?

A
drop
of tear
to wash
away all fear
and down
to her
heart,
so

a
mind
forgiving
and heart
lives
on

This is exquisite, Sunshine.

Loved each word of it!

Regards,
sudhir

The best thing you can do is the right thing,
The next-best thing is the wrong thing,
And the worst thing you can do is nothing.

Sunshine,

With just a few well placed words you have captured the feelings one feels when they lose someone they love.

All my love,

To Sudhir, Jeffrey,

Sorrow comes to one and all,
true men before it fall
strength they show when shed they a tear
heartsounds grow as they come near...

lift thy lady's eyes to thine
enfold her in your arms entwine,
her grief of loss shall never end,
but in time her heart will mend.
