Fury Demons

The demons rage within me
fear and anger whirl around
as each one rises at each new jibe
to strike the wall around me
I feel the demons burn
a torrent within, a firestorm
lashing out around, the power thundering
unused and untried, waiting.
Waiting for the moment when will fails
and resolve slackens, and each limb
each atom, the very being is consumed
in the fiery energy, the burning anger
and out leap the demons,
assailing all that angers, all that hurts
searing away the pain in berserker's rage.
The power rises, and swells
and all around the world turns red
as the power builds, flowing out
reaching out at each being
waiting....watching...

Well you sure can express the feelings. That knowledge that so much could be unleashed, and you have to hold onto it or else. I am not generally angry, lean more towards depressed, but oh yeah, I have felt this way enough times to scare myself. Great stuff.
