David; How Wonderful a tribute to our beautiful Liz; Every word describes her perfectly. I know you will read these words Liz, so I want to tell you how dear you are, and how I appreciate your frienship. I want to thank you for being you and for all your encouragement and Love for me. God Bless you, Love, Ellie

Summers haunting melody
that awakens
the butterflies,
calling them to join
the dance
in their silent song
of praise to God.

David, every time I see a poem dedicated to someone here it makes me realise that this is the right place to be.
Great tribute, by the way.

David, here is an acrostic for you and for my friends at passions

Thank you for your words so warm
Heavy heart in sorrow torn
All in time will pass and then
Never pass this way again
Kind words from a friend afar

Yet another shining star
O’re my spirit shining bright
Until the sun brings morning’s light

Love
Liz

And honor her it does David! This was very sweet of you!

Liz I can't get over the example you've been. How strong you stand for your faith, and those around you. God surely does hold you up and protect you.

Love ya Liz! And many, many big Hugs from me!
You are all these things David has stated and more!

God bless you!!!!

David - A fitting tribute to a truly exceptional person.  I was fortunate enough to meet Liz down at Balladeer's one evening.  She has such wonderful life experiences - I wish she was my granny heh heh - that oughta rile her up.  Reading this acrostic, in my current mood of devilishment was probably not a good idea; but I will somehow deal with it.

David; I'm deliberately bringing this wonderful tribute up again so that more of Liz's dear friends will get to reply. This is too precious, as is Liz, for her friends to miss. Love, Ellie

Wow, what's left to say...everyone's already said it so well and truly. This place, wonderful as it is, wouldn't be the same without ya Liz...don't ever go away...
