Struck by cupid's arrow
As they stroll across the floor.
And rainbows stream aross the sky
As hearts begin to soar.

Basking in the moonlight
Beneath the endless skies.
Reaching perfect harmony
As predicted in their eyes.

The calmness of the night air
Puts music in their heart.
Swaying to the rhythm
They whisper in the dark.

Dancing in the moonlight,
Finding comfort in the stars.
The night was full of magic
As they wished upon a star.

What a beautiful poem Eloise ... very lovely flow in this piece.  I just signed up myself and the mister for tango and swing dance classes (now if he can only learn to float as sweetly as you described)!  Nicely done!

Best wishes,
/Kit

Eloise~
Oh, what pretty, pretty thoughts.

'The calmness of the night air
Puts music in their heart.
Swaying to the rhythm
They whisper in the dark.'

WhtDove, thank you and I do hope you enjoyed your dance under the stars.

Thanks Julie, and yes I think he's everywhere tonight!

Thank you for your comments Kit, and let us know if he floats lol.

Thanks Marge.  I'm glad you liked it.  Somehow I knew you would.
