Talking My Heart..."Pen and Quill"

A Love Note...#3

My love to you with "pen and quill"
I've "mixed with passions' ink."
Distaste, then "makes the poets swill",
Less bitter, "in which we all drink."

I've scrawled in blood, of hearts desires
And smeared it with my tears.
And as you read my love notes, each,
I'm holding back these fears.

Words are only useful when
The eyes of yours behold,
Each letter representing gifts,
Each word, a treasure, gold.

With pen, I offer you my thoughts,
With quill, my feathered words.
As always, brailled, if ever blind
My feel for you is heard.

You have met the challenge
and with one huge heart tug
you have shared so well
why you give us all a soft hug

Beautiful words from this challenge and I know my simple verse is happy in it's new home. Another gold medal is not awarded and noted. Well done....you accepted and met in record grace.

well Mark It is now 4 a.m. and I finally posted the last one...don't do this again for a few more days..I will need to sleep to catch up now..but it sure was fun..
