My Heart aches at such a pace
I'll never let you go.
The clock strikes midnight
I must soon go home.

My heart races in time
as I think of the hours we
made love.
Such tingles went down my spine
You were so kind and gentle to me.

My mind goes to you
Even as I drive down the road
wanting to turn back and fall in your arms
The clock keeps ticking so I must go.

My soul yearns for you.
Soon I will be consumed by all of you.
Your body knows my body
Your lips know my every part

As I work today I will be dreaming of you
Your so gifted with your hands
the way they make me feel.
When I get home tonight I will
be wanting you again
Yet to be with you is for
a short while.
I couldn't live without you
For you are my light within my soul.

Sunny1 said it all, but I must add what a wonderful feeling it truly is to be so amazingly involved with someone.  Oh the memories... lol  More to come... I hope.  lol    Nice job.

Strive for higher levels, if they seem out of reach... Grow, and they will get closer.

thanks Mark I also enjoy reading your poems, words say so much of the inner soul. Sometimes I believe we don't know ourselves as well as we believe. In looking at my poetry sometimes I'm amazed when I go back and read, sometimes just depends on how I feel that day.
